Repair common Windows 7 and Vista problems with FixWin

Sometimes after a malware attack or due to installation of some faulty software, Windows might develop certain problems. The Registry Editor gets disabled, thumbnails stop working in Windows Explorer, hibernate button is missing in the start menu and the like.

FixWin is a free utility that lets you fix 50 of these common Windows problems and annoyances that are categorized under 5 tabs - Windows Explorer, Internet & Connectivity, Windows Media, System Tools & Misc Additional Fixes. All you have to do is locate the issue and click on the “Fix” button.

FixWin has been tested on Windows 7 & Vista, 32-bit and 64-bit versions. However, FixWin may fail to run if you have modified Windows 7 or Vista Image using third party app like vLite etc, as it may miss some core components required for FixWin to run.
