FlowHeater - Import/Export data between different database formats

FlowHeater is a powerful tool that makes it possible to import and export data to and from a widely differing data sources and targets using a flexible graphically defined conversion. FlowHeater facilitates quick transport of data from one place to another with necessary conversions performed on the fly. Using FlowHeater, a wide variety of data sources can be interconnected by making use of exchangeable adapters, with unrestricted data flow.

FlowHeater allows you to import/export data into different databases. Adapters are available for import/export/update of MS Access, MS Excel, MS SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle and ODBC sources as well as text formats (CSV, TXT, ASC, ASCII, Flat File...). The individual adapters can be used in any combination with one another.

For example, the data in an Oracle database tables can be copied directly and without manual intervention into an MS SQL Server database. Furthermore, while the copy proceeds the data can be converted, amended, transformed, manipulated and additional dynamic or static data injected, as predetermined by a definition set.

FlowHeater supports all commonly encountered codepage groups, including those for MS-DOS, UNIX, Unicode (utf7, utf8, utf16, utf32), and so on. FlowHeater can also cope with the most diverse conversions of character encoding, which can also be combined in any way desired.

FlowHeater is available as a freeware and as a paid version. The freeware version is limited to process up to 10,000 records or rows, while the paid one is priced at 79 Euros.
